Mr. Kramer chairs the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers' Speakers and Experts Panel. Mr. Kramer is also a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and serves as general counsel to the Hispanic Franchise Foundation, a national not-for-profit foundation dedicated to empowering Hispanic franchise business.
